Because they float with the head out of the water you will want to use slow sweeping actions to make the lure dart under the water and swim before popping back up, this is best done on a spinning setup due to the reel being on the bottom and overall ease of casting. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe tail end shape is slimmed down and there is an internal weight towards the end which makes casting these much easier so you get more time in the water, the nose is also more pointed for an easier retrieve while the lure is under the water.
