Avet SXJ G2 5.3 Single Speed Reels

At 12 oz the SXJ G2 5.3 is the lightest reel Avet builds, a fully machined aluminum reel the width of a thumb. Narrow enough that the wrap lays level with almost no guiding, which is most of what makes a small conventional pleasant to fish. One gear at 5.3:1 and 290 yards of 50 lb braid: a light live-bait and bottom reel for 15-40 lb fishing, and the small end of a one-two punch with the SX when you want the least reel that still stops a real fish.
